Introduction to IPA Core Personality takes 1 day. After this day, you will know the theory behind it and can start giving your first feedback.

IPA Core Personality – The central concept

The central concept is PERSONALITY

  • How is it created, how is it developed, how does it change?
  • Personality encompasses our entire way of being. The way we experience the world, each other and ourselves.
  • How we relate to the world and what we do to the world, each other and ourselves.
  • Personality is the way we interpret ourselves in the world through our thoughts, our feelings and our actions, i.e. our concrete behaviour, what we actually do.
  • Our personality is created by… The innate, the genetic, culture, values, time, place, environment, what we have learned, our experiences etc.

The core values in IPA Core Personality

  • The personality is dynamic and complex
  • The human being is a dynamic whole.
  • Not (only) a fragmented structure of personality traits
  • Simple pedagogical model based on the idea of the life journey as a developmental journey.
  • Focus on the human-self; quality is created by people.
  • We do not judge people We do not use concepts that can be perceived as value-laden
  • Dialogue tool: Everyone is entitled to feedback

The research behind the IPA analyses has received the highest recognition as the best of its kind developed in Scandinavia.

82% of the world’s population can answer an IPA Analysis in the mother tongue.
